Do you offer telehealth?
Our telehealth services cater to clients seeking a step-down in care or an introductory level of support. These groups are conducted in the evenings, three times per week.

Is there an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) available in the evenings?
We do not offer in-person evening programming. However, we do provide telehealth services in the evening.
Will I see a prescriber?
Yes. All PHP Clients will see a Medical Provider weekly.
Do we have EMDR Therapy?
Yes. We have EMDR Certified and Trained Therapists.
Can I work while in programming?
Yes. Clients are permitted to work while in programming. However, full attendance is mandatory in order to continue programming. We encourage clients to review employment plans with their therapist and case manager.
What is Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) ?
Medication Assisted Treatment combines behavioral therapy and medications to treat substance use addiction. Vivitrol and Naltrexone are approved and utilized as an option for clients in our care.
Should I bring my medications?
Yes. Please bring all of your current medications in their original prescription bottles for the first time that you meet with our Medical Provider.
Tobacco Policy:
Tobacco use IS permitted while in Outpatient Services. This includes; cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and chewing tobacco. Clients are required to smoke in designated areas, and smoking will be limited to break times, and before/after programming. Clients must abide by the Federal age requirement of 21 years of age for tobacco purchase and use.
Transportation:
We provide transportation to and from programming for clients living in our Recovery Residences.
What is the average length of stay?
Please anticipate 45-90 days. We offer a continuum of care ranging from full time to part time services.
How much family involvement is permitted with programming?
We recognize the importance of integrating family into the recovery process, and family involvement is assessed and encouraged on an individual basis. Together with your primary therapist, you will create a treatment plan which can include family therapy at an interval that is supportive to you.
Will I have an individual therapist?
Yes. As part of our outpatient program, each client is assigned a dedicated individual therapist who will provide support and guidance throughout their entire stay. You will have the opportunity to meet with your assigned therapist on a weekly basis. This consistent therapeutic relationship aims to ensure continuity and a focused approach to your progress and well-being during your time with us.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No. We do not currently accept Medicaid.
