What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

IOP is a structured yet flexible treatment option for individuals recovering from trauma, PTSD, addiction, or other mental health challenges.

At Deer Hollow, our IOP clients attend therapy sessions five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This schedule provides the consistency and support needed for effective healing while allowing clients to meet work, family, and personal responsibilities.

Our Intensive Outpatient Services include:

  • Psycho-Educational Groups: Learn skills and strategies to manage stress, emotions, and recovery challenges.
