Inpatient Care / Residential Care

Clients receive 24-hour care while residing in one of our three residential facilities (Mountainside, Trailside, or Pioneer House). Programming takes place seven days a week and lasts approximately 35 days, with continuous oversight from our medical team. During their stay, clients will meet one-on-one with a dedicated therapist and receive case management support to guide them through their recovery journey.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Clients engage in five hours of programming per day, five days a week, for a minimum of six weeks. During this time, they meet once per week with a medical provider, have one-on-one sessions with a therapist, and receive case management support to assist in their recovery. Clients reside in one of our Outpatient Recovery Houses or independently off-site.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

As a step down from PHP, clients participate in programming for three hours per day, five days a week, including one-on-one sessions with a therapist to continue their recovery progress. While clients reside either in our Outpatient Recovery Houses or independently off-site, all programming takes place at our Outpatient Center, ensuring focused and effective care.

Telehealth

Our telehealth services offer two distinct programs to support clients at different stages of recovery. Both programs are conducted in the evenings, three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6 pm to 9 pm.

  1. Step-Down Telehealth Program: This program is designed for clients transitioning from outpatient services, offering group therapy sessions with therapists to continue progress in their recovery.
  2. Direct Telehealth Program: Exclusively for first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, nurses, and veterans) who are new to Deer Hollow and seeking an introductory level of support. This program includes group therapy sessions and one hour of individualized therapy each week.
